Overview
About Me
Namaste 🙏
I was born and brought up in Shillong, in the state of Meghalay, India. The state of Meghalaya lies on the northeastern part of India. Shillong is a beautiful small hill station, was capital of Assam province (1912-1947) during British Rule.
I am an avid Himalayan trekker, an adventurer, a hodophile and an explorer. I am not in a position to host any guest now due to some unavoidable circumstances. Very soon, I will be able to host guests in Guwahati, Assam as well as in Shillong, Meghalaya (My native place).
I quit my job recently to follow my passion of trekking, adventure activities and exploring.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As stated, I am a hodophile, treveling gives me happiness and inner peace than any other mundane activities. I love to meet new people of different cultures from around the globe, know their cultures and traditions, explore new places, experiencing local cuisines. Couchsurfing is the perfect platform to meet new people from different corners of the planet and exchanging the knowledge on cultures, traditions, gastronomic habits, etc. by hosting them and surfing their couches.
