About Me
Hi! I am an Italian girl who loves to learn new languages and discover cultures. I have done an exchange in Argentina at the age of 16 for a year and I totally fell in love with the Latin American culture!
Now I am working as an au pair in London to improve my English and study here. I am also studying Brazilian Portuguese and I am looking forward to meeting native speakers to practise with!
I practise martial arts (taekwondo) which is one of my greatest passions. I enjoy simple things, like having a nice chat with a friend while walking around the city, or grabbing a coffee and talk about our opinions and experiences.
Because of my several intercultural experiences, I have developed a great interest in politics and I am mostly concerned about any type of social issues, immigration in particular. I don't really see myself as part of any 'political side', I just have a genuine interest in encouraging international and multicultural dialogue.
I love reading and keep my self informed about everything, from politics to science. I would say learning is my main passion and I try to discover and retain as much as I can from any kind of experience.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
I can not choose a favourite book or movie since I do really enjoy most of them. I am in love with Marvel's kind of movies, Fantasy, thriller and others but definitely not the horror ones. Same thing with books, but I love to read about politics, economy and science as well.
When it comes to music I have a very strange taste. I feel half Argentinian in my heart so I really love everything related to this culture. I love reggaeton, cumbia and Brasilian funk, but I am also a great fan of Argentinian rock (in particular 'Callejeros'). I also listen to international old rock such as Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Guns n' Roses.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spend one year in Argentina hosted by local family at the age of 16.
