Overview
About Me
Primarily a student trying (struggling) to finish my final semester thesis on Swedens history of colonialism and today’s neocolonial practices in Sapmi. Working as a bike messenger! Always down for something new and exciting! Love doing anything with people, especially when combined with outdoors, climbing, food, languages, etc. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While they are yet few, my Couchsurfing experiences so far have been like coming home to/inviting in an old friend and I believe that connection that this platform opens up for is very valuable in both directions. A small way of normalizing and embracing the idea that all space is communal and we’re all here to connect, learn from, and genuinely experience the world through and with each other

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: all over, from instrumental anything to alt rock-jazz-experimental noise. If it has a harmonica and/or makes me confused or swoon it’s great. Movies: Don’t watch a lot but when I do it’s offbeat documentaries or anime. Books: Mainly nonfiction about the world/people/politics, mixed in with a sprinkle of fantasy
