We are providing a free room, some company, maybe some food for free. Your only expectations are to to make us feel comfortable with letting you stay here, be respectful of us and our belongings, and be a great person to meet. This is simply not a place to crash for the night because you're broke. You are expected to contribute something, even if it's just a good conversation.

We expect to spend time with people who stay here and get to know them, although we realize there is a lot to see in LA and we don't have to be together all the time. But we expect to hang out a bit and not that you only show up to sleep. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
