Overview
About Me
In 2014 I retired from a life-long career in real estate to travel and spend more time with family and friends. I love to cook, entertain, and meet people of different cultures. I love to dance, hear live music, bargain hunting at brocantes and vide greniers, and in general, making the most of each day. We have a home in southern France, southwest of Carcassonne, and our main home in Wimberley, Texas. Currently we are at our home in Wimberley, about 30 miles south of Austin.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have traveled quite a bit and intend to travel more. I think couch surfing is a great way to meet people where you are traveling, and to offer a comfortable, safe and economic place to people who are traveling in one's area. It's also an amazing way to visit other countries, discover more about their culture, and make new friends.
