HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I learned when my roommates hosted surfers that housing travelers is an amazing thing to do. I felt like my roommates and the travelers were tapping into this age-old activity that is really, really great. Hosting and feeding traveling strangers is amazing and every time I do it I feel blessed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a host via roommates. I have been around for a few of my bf's visitors and for a bunch of visitors to other roomies. I met one great kid who biked up and down the east coast, three girls from Germany who didn't mind that our power was off during that sweltering Floridian night, two Canadians who made yummy dinner for us, lots of people who commuted by bike (which was impressive) and a few more who came by car or train. I love it!

I love science! I am a Chemistry nerd especially, but I am interested in other subjects too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have broken out of actions that are characteristic of me and still held onto the essence of myself. I like to challenge myself to do things I am not comfortable doing and I think that I am doing that now.
