I'm a Brazilian currently living in Rotterdam. I'm not a very experienced couch surfer traveller, but I enjoy hosting people every now and then :)
I'm not a super extroverted person, though I like to meet new people and I think I just need a bit of time and maybe a couple of beers to become easy going! I also enjoy meeting open-minded people from different styles and tribes :)

I think you can enjoy a nice trip alone, but it's much better when you are surrounded by great people. This is why I'm on CouchSurfing, to see not just what places have to offer, but also individuals.

I usually host more than surfer other couches, but wherever I go, I try to join some CS events.

兴趣

I'm interested in whatever you have to share! We can talk about nothing or the meaning of life, we can make a one-trip stand friendship that may last for a couple of days or forever, or we can just share a couple of hours together with a tea / beer / coffee.

I don't think CS is just a place to sleep because you don't have money for a hostel or hotel. I believe it's about exchanging time and experiences. If you are just looking for a cheap way to travel, please, consider a budget hostel.

Sometimes I'm not at my best and don't have much energy to go out and explore the city, but when I do, I'd love to take explore the surroundings.

I'm also a big fan of electronic music (mainly Psy) in case you want to go to a party - Antwerp has a lot of nice nightclubs.

If you want to have a drink (beer or hot chocolate) I'm also in.

Whenever I host, I like to talk. I like people who open up easily, who understand that you don't have to carry your friends forever, but that you can make friends wherever you go. Maybe they won't stay in your life, but they will stay in your memories. Carpediem :)
