CURRENT MISSION

To get out and experince life in other parts of the world. I'm bored of living for the weekends and the occasional holiday so have decided to stop being lazy and find some adventures.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Leicester until I was 18 when I moved to Cornwall. I love the friendly and laid back of way of life and living by the coast. I enjoy meeting people and any spare time i have is generally spent outside.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a big believer in treating others how I would like to be treated. I enjoy learning about other cultures and religions but do not follow any religion myself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently staying in Sydney, I'm looking for work whilst also travelling around. When I'm in Sydney I'm more than happy to have people for dinner or meet up for a drink and sight seeing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've spent lots of time on friends sofas/floors as well as returning the favour but am looking forward to meeting new people and seeing new places.

兴趣

I love being in the water, snorkeling is my favourite activity but I aim to pick surfing up again during my travels... especially if the water's above 12 degrees! I also plan on getting my padi qualification whilst in Queensland.
I'm an avid hiker and camper, the more remote the camping the more satisfying but I am a sucker for a hot shower after a week.
I'm a massive fan of animals in all shapes and sizes, I'd really like to learn how to ride a horse as have only every been on hacks where the horse knows the route back to front.
Generally I'll try anything once as life's about gaining new experiences.

I have a very eclectic taste in music and films and am generally happy to listen to or watch anything. Hard Techno is probably the only music I don't like.
I love reading fiction books, fantasy and sci-fi being my favourite genres.

Hiking on a remote part of the Great Wall of China is one of my best memories. It was one of the most beautiful places I've seen and has so much history attached to it.

I'm not a hugely practical person but I've been told I'm a good baker so could teach someone to make cakes and desserts along with fresh bread.
I'm a mediocre body boarder and would like to learn how to surf properly as I love being in the water.
