To make a great and not expensive sanwich:

-Bread (two slices)
-Butter
-Cheese: cheddar and Camembert/Coulommiers/Brie
-Eggs
-Ham (raw) / salami

The secret is the order of the stuffs!
Firstly, toas the 2 breads, don't forget the butter! Much butter. Put the cheeses on the bread and after the egg fried (if the yolk isn't boiled is better). The cheeses will be melted (delicious). After You put the ham, fried or not, and before eat warm up the sandwich again!
It will tastly good!
