My Name is Declan,
Im from Ireland but I live in Jakarta Indonesia for 2 years now, I moved here for my beautiful fiancee, who I love very much!!!!. Im working for a school of creative media and technology, working as a lecture and tutor.

I really like Indonesia but sometimes Jakarta is a little to crazy and busy so thats why I try to get out of the city as much as possible.

I cant wait to meet you and have tons of fun

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a small one bed studio, thats why I dont open to sharing, To be honest I dont mind sharing, I just feel embarrassed for the surfer Im hosting.

However when im not working I am more than happy to meet CS that are in town, In fact my good friends actually run and organise CS Indonesia. I also attend the CS gatherings as much as I can.

So I meet travellers on a frequent bases, So if your in Jakarta please feel free to drop me a line ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never officially been hosted, Im yet to try the experience outside of Indonesia.

I mean I have gone on trips with my CS friends and stayed in my CS friends houses but I don't consider that a couch surfing experience.

Interests

Im interest in music applications, Sound design, Film production.

Traveling meeting new people and experiencing new cultures.

Love going to temples, Love to try new foods, Love to try new things,

Most of all be kind and respectful to everybody and all walks of life.

I sold my recording studio and all my valuables in Ireland, Packed a bag and moved to Asia ;-)
