I give particular preference to people who come from countries that I wish to visit. Or people who are training or want to train in some of the sports I do. Or people who really want to share something (eg. I love food. or.. i don't play music but I am geeky about music)

Please tell us who you are travelling with. If your companion is on CS or FB then put a link so we know. Let us know if it is a boyfriend or girlfriend. Let us know if you are comfortable sharing a double bed. We have extra mattresses and bedding if you want separate beds but please tell us. It's also nice if you have sleeping bags but it's not essential. However please tell us in advance.

ABOUT ME

I'm Irish. Now living in Brussels and love it here!

I first came here nine years ago to go to Circus School. I've been back and forward ever since but now I'm settled here and working as a Chiropractor in the European Quarter.

I've spent a couple of years working with the circus in Belfast. Juggling, acrobatics and stuff :) Now I spend most of my non-working time climbing, dancing, cooking or drinking fine Belgian Beers. I'm generally up for fun, either in a local pub or on top of a mountain :)

PHILOSOPHY

Anything is possible. 'Everything', however.... well... that can be a lot of stuff.

Intereses

Learning new stuff. Recently Acroyoga and relearning handstands.

I try to do sports everyday.

Juggling, circus, climbing, trying to speak foreign languages, usually badly.

Board games like Settlers of Catan, Carcassonne, TransAmerica, backgammon, JungleSpeed, Set, Dutch Blitz, Munchkin..... the list goes on.

I like the dystopian stuff like 1984 and Brave New World. Also like Catch-22, Skinny Legs and All and Atomised, Clockwork Orange and Heart of Darkness and everything I've read of Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Teach
Handstands! I teach handstands each Monday at my place. This is important to know. I am very happy if you want to join. If you are requesting for a Monday then please mention whether you are interested or not. After handstands we drink beer and play cards. It's a nice group of people.
I have other skills also but I like to teach acrobatics, talk about anatomy and training techniques.

Learn
I want to learn new cooking styles and new flavours
I am rubbish at creating music but I am geeky about structure. If you can teach me about structure of music, eg. tango music. I find jazz sturcture interesting and i could talk for a while about this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=El3lMf_Mfhc
I like to dance but I'm not so good. I like tango and salsa. I am open to learn what someone can show.
I like to hear stories about dancing like about the Cuban Orishas.
