Hello you...
I guess, to paraphrase someone else, I'm a fugitive from the law of averages. I'm a member of that obscure culture; Third Culture Kids. The victim of odd parents from different countries who brought their children up in the craziest Third World banana republics they ever did find. Little Declan grew up in tiny Zambian villages, Ugandan jungles and Sudanese camel crossroads. Now, when not referring to myself in the third person, I spend my days adventuring in Dublin, studying Russian and history, and generally hunting for mirth and such... I am relatively laid back about everything and can usually be found with a beer and a book, pondering and planning...
