ABOUT ME

We are the kind of people that like to meet other people who like meeting other people. We are also the kind of people who travel, cook ceviche and drink beer. If there is no beer we have no problem accepting other types of beverages (mojito or midori sour). On our travels we appreciate random cultural experiences. For example, being hit by a bull in a plaza(Daniela) or pulling out a crocodile's tooth(Eric). We enjoy all kinds of music, dancing all night or morning, meeting the locals, eating traditional foods and sleeping on people's couches.

PHILOSOPHY

Eric-Whatever my wife says. Daniela-Whatever I say. In all honesty we believe in respect, truth, tolerence and most importantly LOVE. With that we will always enjoy life laughing out loud and helping people in need.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not only do we offer our couch but we throw in a shower and toliet paper. If you are lucky there might be breakfast. Good luck!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have slept on numerous couches on at least five different continents. Some when we were single and others now that we are married.

Movies: All movies as long as it is not a stupid funny movie (Zoolander is an exception).
Music: Salsa, bossa nova, jazz, punk, lounge, world ethnic music, instrumental and definitely not BritneySpears. Here are a few artist that we enjoy-Charly Garcia, Caifanes, Manu Chao, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Bjork, Pink Martini, Chavela Vargas, Ruben Blades.
Books: The little prince, Don Quijote

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Eric-my wife (see philosophy above). Other than that it would have to be trekking the Himalayas or the small village island near Niodor on my trek from Senegal to The Gambia. Daniela-purple poop from a tucan, being in Huanchaco, working with mid-wives and shamans in the Amazon Jungle. Both-Playa Naranjo and getting married in the jungle with a local tribe in a traditional ceremony.
