I feel the deep need to discover everyday new places and new marvels. I'm engaged in fighting against urban exclusion, that's why I'm doing a phd thesis in urban studies. I travelled a lot but unfortunately till now just in Europe. I really would like to discover new continents, from LA to Bali.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the moment what I could do is just offering my help if someone needs some tips on Milan (where I currently live) or other cities I have visited cause I had no couch yet in my petit studio. But really I m very opened to help someone who is in trouble or simply want to chat about one things and another!

Urban scenes and subcultures, politics (in particular Italian politics, the funniest political arena in the world :-), biological foods and recipes, trekking and mountains, theatre (even if I'm not a specialist9, and flaner dans la ville!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like very much poetries like those ones of E. Dickinson, E. Montale and novels of Buzzati and Calvino (my favourites ones), contemporary literature P. Auster and P. Roth.
As regards music, I' m very opened: Patti Smith, The Beatles, Bowie, Depeche Mode, Clash, and italians singers like Baustelle, Jovanotti, Nada, and more political ones like De Andrè and Gaber! classical music: Gershwin, Tchaikovsky, Dvorak
Favourite Movies: Rocco e i suoi Fratelli, Blow Up, notthing hill (sorry too romantic I know but I love it), Nuovo cinema Paradiso and all the movies of K. Loach

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Doing a 7-hour walk in mountain with 1/2 liter of water! surviving experience!

I really would like to teach (for those who wanna know) my fabulous "risotto" recipes :-) I really would like to share trips experiences and memories. I would like to know whatever can enrich me!
