HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first joined CS when I came back to NZ after living overseas, so I could keep meeting travellers and people from around the world. I'm currently planning a trip to Edinburgh, San Francisco and LA (August - Sept 2017) and updating my profile to see if I can find some Couchsurfers to stay with or meet up with in the US!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went on the epic Tongariro Crossing trip with about 60 other people (only a few weeks after returning to NZ in 2010, it was a great introduction to the CS Community in Auckland). It was great to hang out with everyone and meet so many new people. The crossing itself was awesome - beautiful views - and I'd recommend it to anyone who thinks they can handle it.

Music, checking out new music, and going to the best music and arts festivals, Comedy, films, podcasts, 95bFM, roadtrips, enjoying and exploring the great outdoors, beach days, picnics, meeting new people.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Where to start? The first time I saw The Arcade Fire at Primavera Sound in Barcelona back in 2005. That kinda took my breath away.

I went to Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the first time in 2015. I was only there for two weeks, but saw so much great stuff and such a brilliant time I knew I'd go back. This year (2017) I'll be there for the whole festival.
