Sold all of my stuff and got rid of my apartment in August 2015 to become a nomad. Best decision I've ever made.

Geeky, chapstick-addicted writer, relationship coach, nomad, belly dancer and model. Last year I published a book on non-traditional relationships and feminism. Currently work from home as a relationship coach and counselor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent a long time as an AirBnB host, and I started couch surfing the beginning of this year. How addicting! I have met some of the best people, and I have gotten to make lifelong couch surfing friends.

It's the people that make a place. Human beings are the lifeblood, the color, the breath of any location. I love making human connections, especially with others from a different corner of the globe.

Interests

Video games, studying languages (currently Japanese), good wine! Deep conversation about philosophy, the cosmos, religion, relationships.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had the best sushi in my life at Sukiyabashi Jiro in Roppongi Hills in Tokyo. Seriously, all other sushi is now ruined.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach you how to belly dance! Also absolutely love teaching Japanese. I'm polyamorous and recently published a book about non-monogamy and feminism, and I've gotten very good at answering all kinds of questions about that, haha.
