ABOUT ME

I went to school to be a doctor but upon graduating started to work for Operation Smile, a NGO that provides free facial reconstructive surgery for kids. I coordinate medical missions in Egypt where we have operated on over 400 children in the past 3 years. My job allows me to meet amazing people from all over the world, to travel and to constantly learn new things.

PHILOSOPHY

If I could see the world without leaving my bed the world would be a perfect place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

To be honest I thought this was a really weird concept then I started to meet people who were staying at my friends house here in Cairo and realized that it is a great way to meet new interesting people that I would otherwise not get to meet.

Interests

Hanging out with friends and family, trying to motivate myself to train for racing the planet, a 250km foot race through the sahara, which I will do next year. I haven't motivated to buy running shoes yet so I still have some work to do.
