Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love hospitality it's part of my cultural upbringing sharing laughs,learning from others..I've joined sometime ago but a bit weirded out by online profiles broke out of my comfort zone stayed in occupied homes on airbnb and have had amazing experiences, ive also hosted and stayed with friends, family, and people from my service group. The international Lions club ...Variety is the spice of life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sure I've done some pretty interesting and fabulous things but first thing that comes to mind....I was in an upscale club and saw a man from across the room really feeling the music, I had to go dance w/ this man, his energy drew me in ...we had a ball for quite a few songs! Our faces were lit up w/ joy, his friends later came up to thank me and said I made his night. It was more than apparent this young man had special needs. He actually made my night.
