My name is Decibel, I'm dutch, my father is english and I live in France (Vannes in Britanny), I speak all three languages fluently. I'm a very motivated person (eventhough it may not always show) but stay quite laid back, I love discovering new stuff, strange places, meeting odd people.
I love to know about the underground sides of places and the cool curiosities you can get there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not as rich as a french politician and I want to discover places so if I can do so for not too much money then I'm up to it, I love travelling and meeting people so why not do it by sleeping on their couch! Plus I believe there's no better way to get to know a city than by meeting the locals.
Doing things in a unconventional way always leads me to funny situations so booking a hotel and doing very touristic stuff is really not my thing.
I want to see the real life of the places I visit so meeting the people and seeing the other sides of those places are what I prefer.

Musically I'm very open, I love trip-hop, drum'n'bass, psychedelic rock, stoner rock, doom metal, black metal, ambiant, drone, electro, industrial metal and a bunch of other things.

I'm a big HP Lovecraft fan, I do not read books very often but sometimes get a book-craze and need to read, I would love to know more authors and read more often.

I don't watch many films, not because I don't like them, I just spend time doing other things, I'm not into blockbusters. My favorite films are the silence of the lambs, fargo, trainspotting, the big lebowski, lock, stock and two smoking barrels, full metal jacket, and some others.

Done lots of unexpected and odd things but these occur quite often, if you let me stay at your place I can tell you more.
