ABOUT ME

I came to Japan in September 2012. First as an exchange student at Osaka Prefecture University. Now I work as a translator. I do anime/drama translation as a freelancer and I work for a Sound/Lights equipment company here in Osaka. I'm also a guide in the Kansai region.
I Usually go back from work around 8pm.
Note : When I work as a guide, I get up early around 6:30-7:00am and leave soon after.

In France, I used to work as a system engineer but quit my job in 2010 to go back to uni and study Japanese. I couldn't stand being in front of a computer all day not talking to people. And here I am, doing it again but in a small company where people talk to each other and the job is way different.

PHILOSOPHY
一期一会
be nice to people. If you re not nice, that will blow in your face in the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host in Osaka and surf when i m on a trip
My idea of Couchsurfing is to share with people from all around the world. I m trying to host people I find i have enough in common so we can share something, so please tell me why you want to stay at my place.
I don t see couchsurfing as a free place to stay.("Can I crash at your place ?" is a NO GO for me.) It s more about spending a good time with someone. Helping my host to go around if necessery and be helped when i'm hosted. (place to eat, visit...Out of the guide stuff)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to host in Paris but my ex was against it so I had to stop
Now i can do it again in Osaka and it's been great so far
