ABOUT ME

I am a smiling, social Dane with a big heart for music, people and travels. I love learning new languages and being able to communicate in different places with different people. I like being a stranger in a new place, discovering the hidden things and I like travelling not like a tourist.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a German guy when I stayed in Montpellier.
When I went to Barcelona I met the greatest hosts ever!! We stayed in a big house with many other CS's and our hosts arranged BBQ and were so helpful and so were their friends...it was perfect!!
I've recently been to Berlin were my friends and me stayed at a great Spanish guy (Alvaro) who was so helpful and let us stay at his place eventhough he was going travelling while we were there.
I hosted an American spending one night in Copenhagen before flying back. We had a great time playing basket, drinking drinks and going to jazzbars.

Musica, film e libri

The Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy by Douglas Adams (contains great quotes such as:"It is a mistake to think that you can solve any major problem just with potatoes."
Music...lots of different things! What isn't there to like?? I'm not really good a discovering new music though but I'm always open to suggestions.
I don't watch that much TV but I like 'How I met you mother' and I'm a big fan of humor and irony:-)
I know the title song of Fresh Prince by heart...

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I'm always drawn aback by nature when it's overwhelming. Climbing Kilimanjaro and watching the sunrise was amazing. Victoria Falls was amazing a horrifying.
I'm proud of the people I got to know at the children's home in Kenya. Proud of being there friend.

I know some music theory and play both guitar and piano plus I am a master of baking bread :-)
I'd like to learn to play the harmonica!
