CURRENT MISSION

I am enjoying moving back to Europe after being away for many years, exploring and teaching yoga, traveling, and enjoying living simply.

ABOUT ME

I am originally from Portugal, and am a electronic music producer and a yogi and yoga teacher . So I lead a strange double life you could say. Along with my partner Caitlin, I lead fun yoga and adventure retreats around the world.

I write and produce music, having a few dozens records out on various labels around the world and have scored a few modern ballets, gallery exhibits and the sort. I love sound and music and yet I also appreciate silence.

I became interested and devoted in yoga as a teenager and went on to receive my Hatha Teachers Training Certificate in Boston with master yogi Ana Forrest and with Jonathan Bowra.

Along with yoga, traveling , European football (soccer and playing soccer) and meeting people is another great passion for me. Among my travels around the world I have spent extensive time in India studying Yoga and traditional Indian music as well as traveling around the world as a DJ playing shows.
