Well I am new to Europe. Doing my PhD in Hydraulic Engineering at the University of Pisa.First time out of India, my country and with an intense passion to explore our planet.Want to check out Europe and as they say a place is not one without its people its culture and its cuisine.I hope to meet a lot of new friends and share some beautiful experiences as we explore the world together.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are lots. Films by Satyajit Ray, Ritwik Ghatak, Jean Luc Godard, Stanley Kubrick and other directors. Casablanca is one of my favourite films.
I read a lot too, usually historical novels. Also love tv series like Marco Polo, Vikings etc.
I listen to lots of music. I have a fancy for classic stuff and also post rock, most favourite being Ravi shankar, Indian classical music and ragas, Beethoven, Mozart, Beatles, John Denver, Dylan, Harrie Belafonte, Elvis Presley and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a made a long journey through central Indian grasslands on the top of a bus! That's me in the profile picture!! It was a hell of an experience.

I just love to learn about people, their aspirations. I believe we can grasp our true identity only when we respect and connect with others around us. Sharing our culture is perhaps the only way to build a better and beautiful world harmony which is sustainable in the long run.
