About Me
CURRENT MISSION
At this moment, my mission is to see and experience a little more goodness.
ABOUT ME
I'm pretty focused on the task at hand...until I'm not. Liz Lemon's "I want to go there," pretty much sums up a lot. I am a massage therapist most of the time, but I've worked summers in Alaska for a very long time. Both are 100% me. I love to travel, but I also love being at home in my own space.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Slap stick comedy or cerebral dramas
Music: Mostly oldies, classic rock, and reggae, but there's a lot more out there that I enjoy.
Books: Whatever suits the fancy, but mostly I like reading for information and/or insight. Fiction's cool too. :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
*Being on the roof of a cathedral in Barcelona at 6 pm. Church bells rang out through the city and it seemed to last forever.
*Sitting in a plane flying 500 feet above the water in Alaska. Yay!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not a math whiz, but I think this is interesting: We are taught that a triangle has 180 degrees, always, but that's only true in a particular context, namely 2D space. Draw a triangle in 3D space and it has 360 degrees. It's not an earth shattering revelation, but I do think it's a reminder that we can sometimes get into a cycle of believing certain things to be true all the time, either out of habit or because we were taught them, when a little bit a new information might open open us up to see something new in something ordinary.
