Traveling since I was a baby (grew up overseas with parents who did medical and development/spiritual work as their life's mission);

Single parent who has had to travel on a shoestring in order to accomplish traveling with my kids... Traveling is not an optional casual activity... it is essential in order for children to understand others , the richness of our world, responsibility to Mother Earth-- to shape a compassionate informed worldview.

So many wonderful interesting souls everywhere you travel. Sharing music, culture, spirituality, food and life with others makes one a better person...

Very active and outdoorsy; love to cycle, mtn bike, kayak, paddleboard,... love being on the beach for no reason at all ;-) just happy to be outside every day!
Love the "beautiful game" (soccer/fútbol) and still play competitively.

Music makes one more fearless and able to connect with anyone -- it has no borders... has enriched my life and my kids' lives beyond measure.

Laughter is important -- every day. And forgiveness. Essential for a beautiful life.
