I am a unique intricate weave in the history of existence. I am also just a dot in the big Universal design. I am special and I am no one. I am human.

My human experience in this lifetime is as a woman. So therefore it makes me just another person who is looking at this world from the eyes of a woman.

I am this and I am that.

Slow living has become the Mantra of my life.

I have acquired many skills in my life and I have reached a place where I became a Counselling Psychologist, a life coach and a past life regression therapist. It is my calling and I absolutely love my work (read my story of becoming a psychologist on my website - deepikatrivedi.com)

Stillness, nature and deep quality conversations are energizers for me. I love to dance and hang out as well. Absolutely nonsensical jokes are also fine as long as they are not draining me.

Spirituality is oxygen for me. I meditate. I go within myself and observe with quiet stillness.

I love meeting new people and have gained networking skills too. But after a while I seek solitude and me-time. So being with people constantly and constant solitude is not my cup of tea. I want balance in it. I want it all.
