ABOUT ME

Hello from the Canadian snowboarder/weather forecaster! I have three great passions in life: the weather, snowboarding and traveling. This summer I'm satisfying my itch for two of them: traveling and the weather. I'm currently doing research at a German university on a giant climate change project, and traveling on the weekends. The position is about to come to an end so I have 3 weeks off to get lost in eastern Europe before going back to Canada.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm in the middle of a summer in Europe and basically have run out of money - so a fellow traveler set me up with couchsurfing! I'm also SICK of hostels and am looking to get to know locals one on one and get off the beaten tourist track.

Interests

I enjoy: a good gin and tonic, afternoon thunderstorms, german chocolate, a good conversation, 2 feet of fresh powder, my tattoos, trying new and wild things, Irish punk music, making jewelry, traveling the world and lovely long naps.
