ABOUT ME

I once got paid good money to choreograph a dance (longer story available upon request). I really enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories. I would love to meet positive people who just want to have a good time and a new experience. My story: I teach high school English--love the job, just don't like grading papers. But I'm around high school kids all the time (and then I coach high schoolers on top of that)--it keeps me young. I have a good sense of humor, compare everything in life to the TV show Seinfeld, love sports, good art (all literature, paintings, whatever), and I love the ocean.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The couch is open...I live a block from the beach, the weather is always nice here in Southern California. I'd be willing to show you around a little too, depending on the time of the year. November through May I am pretty busy--this is when I am teaching and coaching at the same time, but there is always time to help out a CSer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

They've all been good--all the people I have met from here have been wonderful, down to earth, educated...it's a good group.
