Hi, couchsurfers :)
I’m 20 years old chemical engineering student currently living in İzmir. Even i study engineering, people always tell me i have an artistic side in my spirit, it may be cause of my mum is sculpturer and i love spending time in her atelier. I am an animal person and a vegetarian but I don’t mind if someone eat meat next to me.

I always try to see beauty in everything.

I believe in no borders, and i believe we can't judge anyone because they are not like us. I think traveling makes us wiser, when we meet lots of people, we see that differences makes us only closer.

If my thoughts were a song, it would be "Imagine" by John Lennon. This song describes everything :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all, i am not a TOURIST. I am a TRAVELLER. I don’t like visiting cities, I like LIVING the cities, walking down the streets, enjoying coffee shops and bookshops. When i go to another city, I want to know how to live there. And best way for doing this is meeting with people from another cities and staying them for a while. Hanging out, enjoying with them. Making really good friends. For this, what is the best option other than couchsurfing?

Interests

I am interested in travelling (hah, of course, I’m on couchsurfing :) ) nature, hiking, camping, cycling, gorgeousness of universe, any type of art and wine culture. I am board member of Anthropology Club in my school, we organise conferences about antropology, archeology, sociology, gender studies, feminism etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ok, this might not sound amazing but in summer 2014, I went to camping with my friend. I was new at camping but i liked it. But then, while we get into our tent and about to sleep, i saw 3 big bugs inside the tent! I couldn’t stand bugs so I got out quickly. Our tend did not have a good quality so i said I can’t go back and sleep in there. Hostels were far away, and then my friend got an idea. We pull our blow-up bed next to the seaside and slept in there. Then a cute cat jumped into bed and slept next to me. There were billion stars and sleeping with the sound of waves was amazing. I was very peaceful. Even it looks ordinary, it was very amazing for me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can give you my all energy, cook vegetarian foods from my culture, offer nice conversations with beer or wine, share my stories. We can talk about how we can save the world :), maybe about travels and other things... anything you want.
