About Me
[If you decided to send me a request, please send another request to Elian , so that we can both leave you a reference in case we accept you.]
I work with the indigenous languages of South America. From time to time, I travel to a village in Bolivia in order to document the Chiquitano language. I love everything that has to do with languages, science, jazz, Latin America and vegetables, but you don't have to fancy any of those to hit me up, good conversations often happen unexpectedly :).
Só me deixo levar :).
Ah, and also I am vegetarian... which is unlikely to cause any problems, though.
Feel free to write me requests in any of the languages listed on my profile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have been surfing a lot and hosting folks from time to time. Meeting for coffee or a drink once in a while. And I persuaded some friends of mine to join, nobody has regretted so far. :)
I have joined CouchSurfing in June 2010. I have surfed couches in a number of countries, which has been a fabulous experience, and I've been hosting CS folks and lots of random friends' friends from time to time ever since. Unfortunately, my current place in Brasília is not very well equipped (this means sleeping on the floor -- but we also sleep on the floor for the time being), but don't hesitate to hit me up if you are not very picky, I enjoy hosting very much!
