I am an easy-going person, always ready for a Frisbee match, repairing a PC or eating some ice cream. I do not want to change the world, changing myself and the people around me is all I deem feasible at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now I have only hosted others, never actually surfed a couch. While I enjoyed this part, I am eager to experience the other!

Interests

I am a tech-savvy student of social sciences and love to longboard and play Ultimate Frisbee. Also, I am into making my own stuff, from furniture over herbs to baking my own bread. Consequently, I am a proponent of free and open source software, gotta love it! Take a ThinkPad, put Linux on it, and you'll never want to touch a M$ or Apple PC again.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: when I read, it's mostly non-fiction. At the moment, I particularly enjoy the works of Paul Collier.

Music: Everything from German and French Hip-Hop, Reggae and Rock, over Classical music to Electronica.

Movies: best movie ever: la cité des enfants perdu. Apart from this masterpiece, my taste in movies is just not far away from the mainstream to be worth mentioning here.
