About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission in life is to finish engineering school and that's about the limit of my scope.
ABOUT ME
I'm a college student getting my degree in engineering, it's been taking me awhile as I tried to do some dream chasing while in school and subsequently had to switch some schools. I love meeting new people and forming new relationships, riding my bike (dream), playing music, and generally just having a good time with the company around me at that particular moment.
PHILOSOPHY
I guess if I had to describe mine it would be to help as many people in my 80 years on earth and complete a few personal goals on the way. I'm a staunch supporter of the idea that everyone is different and has different motivations/goals and as long as those motivations/goals don't impact anyone else negatively then one should be allowed the pursuit of happiness, if you will.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm not sure about this one, as in what to say.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This is my first time couch surfing, I'm a little nervous but also confident in the character of people on this website. I know that somebody is taking a chance on me since I have no reviews. Thanks for even considering!

Music, Movies, and Books
Any action film with the following actors, P-Swayze, Ahhnold, Wesley Snipes, Kurt Russell, Sly Stallone, Harrison Ford, Bruce Willis, Danny Glover, or Carl Weathers. I also enjoy obscure films I find on netflix ie. Hobo with a Shotgun, Primer, Crocosaurus vs. Megashark as well as serious and moving films.
I enjoy blues (Johnny Lee, Muddy, Jimmie Rogers, etc.), funk/afrobeat (Meters, JB's, Fela), jazz (Grant Green, Jimmy Smith, Trane, Kenny Burrell, Horace Silver, this list goes on), electronic (Flying Lotus, Daft Punk, Teebs/the Brainfeeder crew, etc.), flamenco (Sabicas), bossa nova, and many others.
Books I don't read as often as I like, but I tend to stick to the philosophical/psychadelically inclined nature ie. Hunter S., Aldous Huxley, Kerouac, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I have seen on a regular basis are the tornado storms in Oklahoma. It will be 1 in the afternoon and you will see this dark wall of clouds on the horizon. Fast forward an hour, the clouds have overtaken the city and it is as dark as a moonless night in the country. Then all hell breaks loose. Lightning strikes, deafening thunder, and winds threatening to pluck you from the ground and carry you away to oblivion. Serious adrenaline rush/humbling nature experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
Bike handling skills? Music theory/history. Math. Sciencey stuff. Repairing bikes/motorcycles/cars. Photography techniques/history.
