ABOUT ME

I am a spontaneous,aventurous and introspective traveller on a mission to make contact with people of all walks of life.I grew up in Cape Town and emigrated to Europe in 2003.I lived in Cicily,Belgium and have been living in Amsterdam for the past 4 yrs.I find meeting people from various backgrounds one of the most effective ways to enhance my awareness of my personal development as well as my responsibility to help others in their endeavour to adapt and improve themselves.Through my travels I hope to tap into the subtle nuances that make us humans all the same,yet decidedly unique.I have recently started applying Buddhist philosophies into my everyday life and find it amost rewarding approach to find peace,humility and sincerity within myself.I LOVE making people laugh,,trying anything new,being challenged on any level and find meditation the most logical way to balance my highly energetic nature..

Live life with pure intentions.I feel a deep responsibility to evolve into the most sincere and clear concienced person I can be and hope to help myself and others embrace life in a simplistic,humane and humble way.

I do freelance interior design and,in my spare time,enthusiastically assist anyone in need of a creatively cheap home makeover.I am known to have a natural talent to bring people together and ease the awkwardness of 1st introductions...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to the couch surfing community,but have hosted,entertained and provided shelter for countless friends,family members and friends of friends.

I enjoy any movie that makes my mind race,heart jump or tears roll with laughter.I love all kinds of music,especially the type that makes me dance till the sun rises.Philosophical books are my favourate.

Rescued quite a few wrecked relationships of close friends,brought families together,survived divorce,defended myself victoriously when being attacked by 3 men,learned to automatically and effortlessly transform anything negative into something constructive.
