About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To let my mission unfold... and live, love and learn as it happens.
ABOUT ME
I'm an artist and a philosopher, struck by "divine discontent"--I suppose that's why I'm traveling. I love immersing myself in other cultures and learning from people and their communities. I also love all things outdoors, creating all forms of art, and doing things that are outside of my comfort zone--I believe confusion and uncertainty are healthy for the soul.
PHILOSOPHY
Get out there... Now!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now I'm traveling a lot, but when I settle down a bit, I will definitely host and meet up at events every chance I get. I just love meeting people from all over the world!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not used CouchSurfing much, but I have met many couch surfers through friends. Back in San Francisco, my roommates were really into it; I mean it was just insane how many people you could find at our apartment on any given day. I'm convinced that CouchSurfing can help bring the world together in a healthy way.
Interests
I always have trouble with this question... I mean the most authentic answer is 'nearly everything' because I am intensely curious and believe everything is interconnected. Let's say... learning guitar, languages, philosophizing, writing, painting, cooking, photography, nature, neuroscience, esoteric subjects, yoga, community development... and like I said, nearly everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled alone through India for six months! And it was my first major travel experience. That country broke me down! I experienced intense excitement, fear, sadness, guilt, joy, and I truly lived in the moment for the first time in a long time. I first went for economic and community research, but that didn't really work out... so I made friends with rickshaw drivers and yogis alike, I got to see the Dalai Lama, did some meditation, met some royals, slept in slums... and a whole lot more.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn languages, and I'm always willing to teach English.
