Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My daughter and I love going to new places and seeing different cultures. We love to get to know a country through the people that live there. That's why I love couchsurfing. It is a great way of getting to know the locals.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mainly love Dutch singers and soppy rom-coms.

My daughter, however, loves a lot of music. She's into rock, alternative, but also pop music. My daughter watches the rom-coms with me, but is actually more into sci-fi, fantasy, and action movies. My daughter loves to read, she's currently reading One Flew Over The Cuckoo's nest, Game of Thrones, Maze Runner, and Vampire Diaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's really hard to name one amazing thing that I've done.
(Note from the daughter/writer: I asked her this and she said, and I quote "Give birth to you". Isn't that a great mum answer?)

So to make this a bit interesting, my daughter has gone parachuting in Slovakia last summer.
