Nothing to say, only to live with! I am a young woman who has thought a very long time before finding out that the preference in the live was the simple things... dreaming, eating, meeting people and share expériences and ideas (too vehemently sometimes, I recognize), live once a week something's new, listen to every sound around me...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to host... Because, even if I like to travel, I haven't had the occasion to surf a couch anymore for 7 years (in Copenhagen)!When I am in my area, I like to host! But I confess, sometimes I do not have time to be a guide, not energy to go out. However, my couch is there and for emergency couch too!As Mathilde do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In July 2010, I surfed for the first time, only for one night with my boyfriend in Denmark, Copenhagen. Our host was a very nice English guy, Mickael... great diner, interesting discussions... I hope I will do that very very sooner. When I was leaving in a farm, I acceped several requests from bikers (the area was done for them!) but people changed their mind in the last minut...Several years ago, I hosted 2 Canadians boys for the very first time. Great and to do it again!Later... Simona from Romania, Mathilde from France, Audrey from Luxembourg, Paul and Jasmijn from Netherlands, Tae-Young from Korea, Stuart from USA, Koen from Gent (Belgium) surfed my couch.Actually, I find out that I surfed a couch only twicee but I promiss me, I will do this soon!

Interessi

- Travels (not to stay in the museums but to be immersed in a particular and typical atmosphere)
- I would like to learn harmonica (have you ever listen "The ghost of Tom Joad" by Bruce Springsteen?) and accordion.
- Nature and animals. That's why I used to give some help to farmer here in Liège and I've ever made wwoofing. Now a dog is my companion and a lot of friends of mine have hens and ducks, who I like carrying:-)
- Dancing (in parties and gigs but I like many different dances, movement in general)
- Folk music... I "discovered" 5 years ago, in a festival. I had lessons and now, I go to dance when I want! In there I could learn a lot and I love dancing with people... It is the only moment where I am in my body, really... I need it!
- Hiking, walking as often as it is possible! I walked in Les Vosges in September 2015... waouw!

Musica, film e libri

Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Bon Iver, Bjork, Lhasa, Moriarty, Cat Power, CocoRosie, Keny Arkana, Les Attachés en liberté, Patti Smith, London Grammar... for artists. But I like a lot of kind of music (at this time, I listen to ambient or relaxing music... But, I prefer to choose a song than a singer, or group, or kind of music).
I have used to read a lot, really. I have also used to begin 3 books in the same time!!!! I have loved "Shantaram" from Gregory David Roberts. It made me travelling. I love that. And I have decided to re-read "1984" from Orwell. Necessary!
At this moment, I am addicted to Virginie Despentes's books (King Kong Theorie, Vernon Subutex).
Movies I really have appreciated: a lot and eclectic... La piel que habito, Melancholia, The grapes of Wrath (thanks Koen!!!), Mary and Max, Tarnation, Dogtooth, Happy-Go-Lucky, The Kingsman, The Lobster, Blue Valentine ... last one I have appreciated a lot (not a new one but...): Lars and the Real Girl.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

- wwoofing 8 years ago in Norway... has changed my vision of life (take the time and enjoy what nature gives to us and the moments with people I meet, even for 30 minutes)
- hitch-hiking: I am always surprised by people who accept to catch me. Pleasant moments.
- beautiful and chance encounters...:-)

Insegna, impara, condividi

I would like to learn Polish and play harmonica.
I want to share ideas, emotions and way of life. I could give some advices in sewing, if you insist and if I remember;-)I could catch you to dance in a bal folk... in every corner of Belgium!

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

Time, discussions, activities that I like as: wool (spindle, knit), singing, going for a walk and observing plants, trees and animals, dancing, cooking... and all (or nearly all:-) hosts want to share!
