Overview
About Me
Currently travelling for a training camp in Scottsdale with McGill University Track and Field team. I am staying an additional three days after the team leaves, from January 6th to January 9th and am looking for a place to stay during that short amount of time. During those days, I plan on visiting the "Bodie Revealed" exposition in Scottsdale, and hiking Mount Camelback.
I'm looking for a place to stay in Scottsdale, Tempe or Phoenix for 3 nights (6, 7, 8). Any help would be welcomed (if you are willing to host for one or two nights for example). I'd gladly join on a hike/project if you want to chat and do something together. I can also mind my own projects and take minimal space. I'm very easy going and will gladly do whatever will make both of us feel most comfortable and happy.
Happy-go-lucky, enthusiast and active young student travelling occasionally.
Amongst the things I love:
- Running (track and field, cross-country, longer road distances, trail running)
- Rockclimbing
- Music (I'm a decent piano and guitar player and love to sing)
- Hearing people's stories, whether of life or travelling
- Exploring new places and towns (usually with my running shoes)
- Good coffee
- Vegetarian and vegan food lover, generally love local and homegrown food
- I enjoy swing dancing and jazz music
Why I'll be a great visitor:
- I am very clean and don't take much space
- I love hearing/sharing stories and sharing smiles and laughs
- Totally down to play some music together
- Happy to give a hand in whatever project you have
- Always ready for an adventure while travelling: I'm happy to be a climbing or hiking buddy
- I'm a pretty decent cook
- I'm generally a positive and grateful person :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When possible, I like to meet local people, I feel like it gives the best travelling experiences. I'm a very social person, I don't enjoy being alone for several days. I love good conversations, and I'm inspired by new people I meet. I love life in community, I love contributing to a space I'm sharing and connecting with people around me.
