Hi :)

My name is Delphine, I'm 28 years old, and I'll be travelling with my boyfriend Thomas (29 yo), who has just finished his studies. We are planning to visit the United States for a 2-month trip, starting from the end of January to the beginning of April, to visit my family in Orlando and then explore the east cost by train. We are both chemists and we love rock climbing, traveling by train across France on weekends to visit our friends and family, and going to one man comedy shows or music festivals. We enjoy cooking, sharing good meals and trying new recipes.

I spend a significant part of my free time in an urban farming association, gardening and running workshops for children. I have a deep love for plants, and our apartment and balcony are filled with them (hopefully, one day I'll have a garden!).

Thomas plays the piano, always enjoys learning new instruments, reading, drawing and playing video games. He is an upbeat person and he loves cracking bad puns worthy of the worst dad jokes (but it is harder for him to make some in English).

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm a new Couchsurfer and for instance, I didn't have the opportunity to host people. At the moment, I can't host Couchsurfers as I've returned my apartment before my travel, but I'll be delighted to offer accommodation as soon as I have a home again.

During my trip, I'll be passing through the following cities:

Fort Myers, Key West (and cities along the Keys), Miami, Savannah, Fayetteville, Washington, Philadelphie, Boston, New York, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Cleveland, Toledo, Detroits, Toronto, Punta Delgada and around (Açores).
