ABOUT ME

I am very enthusiastic when I meet someone who is doing something real and loves what they do. I love everything I do right now. I am in the process of designing an interior grow systems so you can grow food in your windows. No soil. Very beautiful. I go to bed at night thinking of it. When I am not doing that I am doing Power Flow Yoga, biking and hiking in beautiful BC.
I have a fabulous 15 year old daughter who goes to school in India. I will see her soon. I go there every winter to be with her. I am single but don't ever seem to find time to be...not single.
I never watch TV but I like YouTube. I'm mostly a vegetarian but if it is good I will try anything. Wine in the evening. Beer on a hot day.
Oh and I love my family, my sisters, great food, I cook, dancing and sweating on a hot day.

PHILOSOPHY

I was a Sikh for 25 years. Now I don't put too much stock in religion. Mostly I believe in being calm, not judging others or myself too harshly and being kind. I think it was a line from 100 Years of Solitude, the book. "it is a beautiful, terrible world". I believe in fully enjoying life while trying to keep in mind how blessed I am and how many suffer every day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just found out about this site. I have a 3 bedroom in a lovely area but I rent out two rooms to great people. I'll have to see if they like the idea of offering the couch up but right now I want to get out and see people in new places.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a pretty wide skill range. I've owned art galleries, grew up in an art community with a bronze foundry behind the barn. I am a motor head and will go on and on when I see an Enzo. I love plants and want to learn. I love art and music and dancing and tango. I'd love to be taught what you know.
