Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is a great feeling to know that among billions of people on earth, I have a chance to meet certain strangers that happen to cross my path, to show them what I know about a very tiny part of the world where I live in, to hear some weird stories they bring from another side of the globe, to share laugh and joy in our little and limited encounter time, and who knows it might lead us to some lifetime bond. Beautiful isnt it?

Interests

I love nature, imagination, mischief, and easily amazed by lots of small things that might seem useless for others. If it is described in details it will be like this: I like to splash the bathroom wall with the water, I love the smell of ancient books and the smell of earth after raining, I love taking pics of small creatures such as ants or caterpillars, I like daydreaming, and I like GUDEG...a speciality from my hometown. The dish takes hours to cook, because the longer you cook it, the more spicies seep into it, and the more yummy it is.......but not nutritious at all ;p

Uhmm not movies but I prefer to call it films, the genre can be anything as long as it is beautifully made: Amelie, La Vita E Bella, Delicatessen, Black Cat White Cat, Cinema Paradiso, Le Trou, Beautiful Mind, Fight Club, Edward Scissorhands, Before Sunrise, The Pianist, Life of Brian, The Usual Suspects, The Help, and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited a belgian chocolate factory in my town and stuffed my face with lots of chocolates along the factory tour, oh thats what I called heavenly delight!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you bahasa Indonesia and three levels of Javanese language, I love to share vegan recipes and exchange films collection. I wanna learn anything you can share and teach me :)
