About Me
Always found that filling those white fields is a bit like writing a CV. Well, anyway, I am friendly and considerate, I guess, sometimes very calm and relaxed, sometimes lively, chatty or in a party mood. I love what I do and I love people that love what they do, and I can chat with you about anything on Earth.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've been both surfing and hosting quite a lot, when I host, well, I try to make people really feel like at home (or slightly cosier).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Awesome almost every single time. Had hosted great people both in Tallinn and in Edinburgh, some of which I still keep in touch with, had been hosted by amazing people in some amazing, some obscure but not less interesting places, from Yerevan, Tbilisi, Ostrava to Leeds and Vilnius.
Most lately hosted a couple of people in China and stayed with a great guy in Hong Kong. Using cs less these days, as it’s simply less popular in Mainland China.
Interests
exploring loads of music genres from different ages and places, from 70's Caribbean funk to contemporary desert blues from Mali. I used to be a lot into fiction (and science-fiction) literature, nowadays I simply cannot fit it in my timetable. Other stuff I'm into is turntablism, basketball, trekking, rock climbing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Done? How about heard, felt, smelled, tasted? =)
Listened to New Orleans jazz composer Christian Scott several years at the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival.
Tasted my granny's food for the first time after a year away from home.
Smelled the thyme, oregano and wild savoury when I went to the mountains in my home country after months in the UK.
Felt awesome when I woke up on the bed on the second floor of a pick-up truck cabin, somewhere in the middle of Georgia, hitchhiking.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to learn about different cultures through people's stories. Teach - anything I can do, I share the knowledge and skill.
What I Can Share with Hosts
