Overview
About Me
I an entrepreneur and an artificial intelligence (AI) enthusiast. I built an IT startup for 6 years, that ended up being two (http://practify.net/, https://www.groupmind.co/copy-of-a-groupmindrol), raised money, lead 20 people. Eventually I burned out badly, so in December 2016 I left the company to ease my mind and look for new challenges. Since then I started AI Partners (aipartners.guru), a consulting company who help big corporations harvest the business potential in artificial intelligence.
I really loved my job (maybe that is why it consumed me), and I am totally amazed by the revolution that is happening through the development of artificial intelligence, that is why I moved into this direction.
I love organisational theory, and philosophy of science works (strange hobby, but not worse than - say - loving tarantulas :) ), I taught it on the university of economic sciences in Budapest. It somehow resonates well with understanding how our mind, our perceptions work, and thus how AI is created. Philosophy on a practical level gives a lot of depth to life (maybe even death), and I love the journey that this offers. This is what this speech is about that I presented as a final exam of a public speaking course: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmu_8cZfU7s
I also like to dance, especially cuban salsa. I used to be a dance instructor (loong-long time ago), today I am just enjoying the dynamic, the pulse and the playfulness of engaging in a dance.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am currently on a journey of collecting new inspirations both personally and professionally. This is why I decided to make a journey to a few European cities. I plan to talk to as much as possible with AI developing companies, and engage in exiting conversations with interesting people on couchsurfing.
8 years ago I had a more intense couchsurfing period, when I both traveled a lot and hosted travelers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hitchhiked from Budapest to Amsterdam and back in February. Maybe that is the most crazy. :) But the most amazing that I did I guess is to build a company. Creating SOMETHING from just ideas, and boil it down to giving meaningful work (and wages) to 20 people, and have a great teamplay.
Teach, Learn, Share
Given my background I can give you pretty good overview about the state of the art of artificial intelligence, happy to share experiences on building a startup, and I am always happy to teach some salsa. :)
