I am doing a PhD in law. I believe that law widens and enlightens my horizon and encourages thinking about my rights and those of others. I am working on a subject that gives me satisfaction of doing something that might bring about a change in the society. Although I really enjoy my work, PhD is an on-going process that might isolate you from the real life. I do not want to get lost in the theory and forget about the reality. I aim to expand my perspective. I must have a sophisticated point of view in order to be able to teach fundamental rights to students as an academic. This awareness has an important role for my individual identity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling and meeting with new people is one of the significant ways that provides me an opportunity to escape from isolation. It also obtains me a significant key to have a new dimension to change my own life and perceive the world from different angle. Through meeting with new people from different backgrounds and cultures I hope to enrich my own experiences. That is the main reason why I am couch surfing.

I am eager to experience the beautiful coastal landscapes, architecture, the theatre and generally enjoy the social life. I love travelling, exploring new cultures, reading, swimming, and watching movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my undergrad I had decided to work in unions as a volunteer. One of the amazing things that I have done is working with children in need. The project was a long-term activity. It gave me the opportunity to realize how much we influenced kids and made a difference in their life. I will never forget their bright eyes.
