I love herbalism, astrology, anything movement/strength-based, philosophical ideas, art, and trees.

I'm a personal trainer and especially love teaching women to lift heavy weights. I also am currently in training to be a relationship coach through Layla Martin.

I have an online business called Fitness Witch, and I write a lot. I really love to travel, especially by myself.

I'm pretty independent and don't expect you to entertain me while I'm there. I'd love to share a meal or hang out if you have the time to though!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly I just really like meeting interesting people. Staying in a new area with somebody who lives there and getting to be a part of their life for a bit is such a cool thing for me, and the more I've done it, the more I love it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Rising Appalachia. Led Zeppelin. alt-j, glass animals currently. Lana. Any old blues music. Movies - it's hard to get me to sit down for an entire movie (unless it's a documentary, or extra interesting to me) so I haven't seen as many as most people. I love too many books to mention - one of my favorites lately was The Peculiar Life of a Lonely Postman

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a month living in Greece and volunteering, helping with the refugees landing on the island of Lesvos. This has been a hugely significant thing in my life and is something I could discuss forever.

I also climbed Mt. Kinabalu in Malaysia which was one of the coolest things I've ever done!!
