I am a life lover, feel and am amazed by the beauty, intensity, and play of our existence. My deepest passion since childhood has been to share and engage with people. My ideal lifestyle is to travel to as many areas of the world living in different dynamics of intentional communities to expand my heart/mind openness and receptivity, to fully understand and feel the interconnection of all beings. I love pouring into people and am giddy for feeling the flow between us all!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is a great outlet to connect with people throughout my travels, either spontaneous or planned.

Interests

Sharing real affection with others is such a simple form of healing and mindfulness. Whether it be holding eye contact with another, a conversation, an engaged listening, a touch, or a big mama bear snuggle...all these forms of affection are ways in which we can genuinely connect with others. My mom doesn't call me "Snugglemuffin" for no reason.

Play of all kinds. Dance has been the most bliss and freedom inducing form of play I've come to feel. I lose my sense of separateness, come fully aligned in my body and self-love, connect with Mama Earth when dancing barefoot in the grass, and share authentic moments with loved ones where we are energetically blissed out on one another's spirits.

Transformational/intentional music, arts, and healing festivals are where I've come to feel my tribe/soul family on a large scale and these are great reminders that there is so much goodness flourishing!
Gettin dirty in soil through playful rolling around or gardening/farming is healing. Yoga. Flowing art expressions. Varieties of meditation, especially laughing meditation. Bicycling. Bonding over music. Potlucks. Sharing life stories, wisdom, and revelations...
