About Me

"Language is the house of Being. In its home man dwells. Those who think and those who create with words are the guardians of this home." (M. Heidegger)
Bingo! You've reached Demi, now take a deep breath and start reading the lines below...Don't forget about popcorn and also safety belt would be a good idea =)
My salutations ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
First and foremost, my frank advice to you - PLEASE READ MY PROFILE BEFORE SENDING A REQUEST, read it attentively and tell me the honest reasons for staying with me and I will do the same in my situation of being a guest. I am not a globetrotter, but every place carries a major significance to me the same as people as being-with-the-other, however, I am a traveler of texts and furthermore my own soul as once Dante was, exploring the darkest and deepest areas of symbolic amalgams. If you are ready to take a venture, cheerfully marching with me through our mutual path, I am here for you, so do not hesitate to drop me a line and I will swoop into with my helping hand. The last but not least, I am always open-hearted for new interests and ready to share with mine. "Poetically man dwells on the Earth," says Hölderlin. It might be very intriguing, fascinating, and unexpected. What I appreciate the most is the reality and possibility of listening to the same as a possibility of conversation. If you are ready to spend quality time together, I am humbly waiting for your message.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have you ever asked yourself why are you here? Consequently, have you ever answered to such a powerful question in terms of "why"? It grew up with years, interests had changed: from mercantile and hypocritical to honored, gracious and sincere. Behind the scenes, there is no way to imitate it... Please, put some effort into writing a request and make it personal. And I beg you ladies and gentlemen, for God's sake do not send samples. Just find some words in your heart and put them on the paper as they say. And somewhere here, surreptitiously I will put a secret word that you've got to mention in your message, so I can see that you read something above and below. The secret code that opens the portal door to my heart is "Flickhanalulu". Whatever it means, all I want you to do is just to find this magical word whilst reading your cordial or vicious message. It would mean a world to me since recently I am experiencing "bad and breakfast" messages and to put it mildly, I am sick and tired of it in a way. So, please do me favour and complete the labour. You don't have to be a demigod in order to do it. Shatter my world a little bit with drama and humour)
In nutshell, it is only a wee part of that what I wanted to say. The palette of words is not my area of expertise, or is it? I want to finish this passage extravagantly, hence I will put here a quote of one of the most prolific and profound authors of the 20th century and one of those due to whom I am alive - Marcel Proust. It might shed some light upon the matter, so here it is: "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes". I doubt I have them...My dears, I am exceedingly grateful If you had read that what is written above and it's struck a chord. By all means, I am looking forward to any voyager who might knock upon my door...With hangover or without it.
