About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To visit every continent by the time I'm 35 and learn as much as I can from the people I meet while doing it.
ABOUT ME
I just moved back to Southern California after spending two years in Boston for grad school. It was great to experience the East Coast and all four seasons. I had a great time taking road trips throughout Massachusetts and the surrounding states. But now I'm back in California and ready to start the next chapter of my life.
I'm pretty low-key; I love to go out with friends and have fun, but I think it can also be just as great to have a dinner party, movie night, or game night with close friends.
I'm a planner and a procrastinator. I'm always making To-do lists, then doing something else (usually more fun) instead.
I'm trying to learn how to cook. I got the Julia Child cookbook for Christmas and some day I will use it to make a three-course meal. But I should probably start with something less ambitious. I will try at least a bite of any kind of food once.
I did a photography study abroad in Paris and London and came back with more than 4,000 pictures. I took a day trip to New Hampshire in November and took almost 300 pictures. Not all of these pictures were good, but the fun is in trying. I document every special occasion and some not-so-special occasions with tons of pictures.
PHILOSOPHY
I want to live life to the fullest and never regret anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far, my the most amazing experience of my life was spending Bastille Day in Paris. The atmosphere of thousands of people gathered together by the Eiffel Tower, celebrating and waiting for the fireworks, was so exciting. And it was the best fireworks display I have ever seen.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to think I'm a good writer (especially since that's how I've decided to make my living). Throughout college, I actually enjoyed writing papers and helping my friends with their papers. It's not always the most exciting skill, but I enjoy helping others learn to love writing.
