About Me

ABOUT ME

Friendly, easygoing and always looking for something thrilling :) I aim to follow my heart when Im travelling, experiencing the world with no particular plan, always interested in the unknown. I feel passion for travelling, music, movie making, getting to know various different people and try to keep the rock'n'roll spirit alive (yes, I do like to party sometimes, drinking beer is usually included in my travels and I've already lived through some of the most painful hangovers in the world).

PHILOSOPHY

...those who burn burn burn, like Roman candles in the night...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently living in a very small flat, so I can only host one person. I dont have bed sheets I can give you, so you should bring a sleeping bag. And something to drink.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At the end of March, 2013 I travelled to Prague by hitch-hiking and had my first couchsurfing experience.

Since then Im hooked on travelling this way. I dont value comfort, I value the social part of it. You can never experience anything like it in a hotel. So..thanks to You (all the people who hosted me), it took my travelling experience to another level.

Cities like Prague, Bruno, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Amsterdam mean much more to me now :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Squatted
Hitchhiked
El Camino
Met awesome people
Basically enjoyed life (still do btw:D)

For example:
Me & my best friend hitchhiked to Riga, rented a hostel, took our guitar and went in search for a bar. We managed to visit lots of clubs and as we were on our way, my friend said - lets go 100 steps, just stop and play something. So we did. And then some girl came from a bar nearby to listen to us, she stayed for a while and when we finished our song, it turned out she was working there. So we were invited inside and she asked us to play again. So we did :D She was so kind, that we were offered beer, wine, bread with cheese throughout the night so we continued playing though we were all just having plain fun. Even when the bar closed in the morning, we stayed there for few hours more and even after that she gave us some more beer and then we walked together back-and-forth across Riga. One of the best memories, which shows how kind people can be :)

And our hitch-hiking trip to Prague (in the wintery climate at the time) was too amazing and memorable in every which way to even put in this box so, hopefully, we'll be able to share it with you on our future couchsurfing experiences :)
