I was born in a small mountain town near Myanmar in Yunnan province, China. When I was 4, I moved with my family to another beautiful mountain city- Chongqing in the southwest of China.

I took one year leave of absence in 2013 hoping to find my way for the future life. I travelled to Mexico, Central America, South America and southeast Asia. Although I cannot say I find my path, I feel inspired by lives of different people around the world. Life can be simple as hosting a guest house in Caye Caulker, or can be hard as taking two jobs in the day and night. There is a way for living for everyone.

Luckily, I met my wife when I traveled in India, and then welcomed our son and daughter. After working as a camera engineer in the Bay Area, California, USA for about 8 years, we encountered a big family change. After that change, I decided to quit my job, rent out our house and take my family to embark a new journey

Try to follow your heart, do what you like.

There is no right or wrong for your choice. Once you select your choice, never give up.

Don't wait to accomplish your dream, just do it.

Don't have expectation on things or people that you want to see, it will turns out better than you think.

You will be happier by trying to not ask for return after helping people.

I always believe that the best way to get familiar with a new city is to meet people who lives in that city.

兴趣

During my spare time, I usually go to hiking, riding a bicycle outside if weather is fine. If I stay at home, I usually like watching movies, listening to music, and also cooking Chinese cuisine.

For long holidays, I will go for a vacation with my family, which is the most exciting thing.

音乐、电影和书籍

Previously prefer rock music, british-pop, like coldplay, Pink Floyd, radiohead. Then the Jazz music, like Michael Bublé. Recently I am in favor of Blues music because I am learning to play guitar, and found blues is so wonderful when played with a guitar.

For movies, I mostly like Sci-Fi, horror and cartoon. It may seems a little weird, but actually I found that those movies can all be classified as unreal.

I don't read a lot of books, but I am trying to form a good habit to read.:-)

Walked into a 65 meters high waterfall near São Paulo in Brazil, almost cannot breath with such a strong power of the water.

Hitchhiked on three trucks and one van with a friend in North Chile for 1200 kilometers in 30 hours, slept in a truck with milky way in the sky above a wild desert.

took a leave from my university for a year to accomplish my traveling dream.
