I am an italian dynamic guy. I have a Master degree in Development and International Cooperation and i got it in Brussels, where i live for two years. During the Master I have done an internship in Jordan with refugees and a field research in Naples in Gypsy's slums. I had finished just now a European Voluntary Service in Georgia, where i lived in a shelter house and i teached english in a shunty town.

I work in social, politic and anthropology field against inequalities and poverties, in order to contribute to improve humanity and the world.
For this, I'm also doing Clown Care and i am studing and loving it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing in order to combine travelling and meeting people and cultures, a way to travel that is more than a classic touristic trip. I am interested in to know different cultures and traditions, as to meet people and to discover always new things. We have to be bridge in order to leave in peace, and to do it is necessary to know before to judge. I think that the way to be bridge is doing service, especially by foot. So travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: from classical music to rock music, from Verdi and Tchaikovsky to Muse, Queen and Pink floyd, through jazz and moreover '70s. I am more focalised on songwriter and folk singers, from De André to Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen. Through Jovanotti, Bennato, 883, Battiato, Nomadi and Pino Daniele.
I am learning to play guitar. I would like to play accordeon and harmonica in order to approach me at street poor musicians.

Movies: Charlie Chpalin, Totò, Eduardo De Filippo, "The King's Speech"; "Billy Elliot"; "In the name of the father"; "Top Gun"; "Dead Poets Society"; "007-James Bond"; "Life of Pi". I like thriller, historical and "sens of life" movies, as "serious" cinema, but i like to watch some adventure or comic movie. I find really interesting cartoons, as "The Lion King".

Books and Writers: "La strada del sole"; "Non per un dio ma nemmeno per gioco"; Classic litterature; "Serious" litterature; Essays; "Sense of life" Romans; Tiziano terzani; "The little Prince"; "Cyrano de Bergerac". I am starting to be interested about comics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To be myself, or better, to be myself as unique person, in order to be useful for help the pthers. Each one of them is a unique and a precious person.
